Earlier today, the monsoon rain over Metro Manila stopped and allowed government agencies to assess the situation and address the needs of those who have been evacuated over the past couple of days.
But just minutes ago, heavy rain started pouring again over some parts of the capital. As what the weathermen said, this will possibly go on until Thursday (August 9). Let’s keep our fingers crossed for that. Until then, hold fast everyone.
